Blue coffee at Agriculture CMU

Blue Coffee is a tall timber-and-glass café on Chiang Mai University's agriculture campus, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking over the planted fields toward Doi Suthep. The wooden slats on the building echo the crop rows outside. Students and locals come to work here, so it stays quiet. The coffee is made strong, and the soft matcha is the other drink people order. In rainy season, it's my favourite place to watch a storm come off the mountain.
