This is the Nimman Soi 17 flagship of Roast8ry, the roasting arm of the Ristr8to team, known for competition-level latte art. The room is concrete, wood and glass, with indoor and outdoor seats, a merch shelf and beans to take home. Order a hot milk drink to see the latte art, then try a single-origin filter, ideally a Thai lot. There's no real food, so pair it with a meal elsewhere in Nimman. It's busiest from late morning to early afternoon.
