SEUA (เสือ, 'tiger') is an art-minded café on the east side of the river, on Soi Kong Sai near Chiang Mai railway station. Downstairs is coffee, desserts and a small art gallery; upstairs is a co-working area you book ahead. It's a good pick if you're out near the station or Wat Ket and want somewhere with a bit of character to sit for a while, and the gallery gives you something to look at between sips. Daytime hours.
