The Barisotel is the Baristro café on the ground floor of the group's small hotel on Nimman Soi 9. It's an all-white, double-height room with big windows, a long cushioned bench, a co-working table, and a mezzanine where you take your shoes off. The coffee is Baristro's own roast: blends, single origins, nitro and slow-bar drip. All-day brunch runs to bacon-truffle shokupan and bagels, and there's Guu Fusion crispy roti. There are plenty of sockets, and it's one of the calmer places to work in Nimman.
