Victor French Bakery

Victor ran a well-loved French bistro by the Ping River until April 2025, then opened this bakery near Tha Phae Gate with his wife and team. It's in a quiet courtyard off the traffic, under bamboo, and does French pastries, viennoiserie, bread, homemade jam, tarts and sandwiches on proper baguette. The pistachio Paris-Brest and a croissant breakfast get good words. I'd come early, both because it's calmest and because the pastries are freshest, and it's a handy start before a day in the Old City.
