About
Blackitch is a 16-seat chef's table off Nimman Soi 7, listed in the MICHELIN Guide. Dinner is a seasonal tasting menu of ten or more courses, built on Thai ingredients and a lot of in-house fermentation. It's reservation-only and very personal, which makes it one of the more interesting meals in the city. I'd book well ahead for a weekend evening, and note that it's closed on Wednesdays.
