Dong Dok Mei is a small family noodle shop in Ban Pong, Hang Dong, out towards the hills west of the city. The short menu covers khao soi with chicken, beef or pork, beef stew noodles and meatball noodle soup, and you add the vegetables yourself. The broths are rich and the owners are warm. I'd come for the beef khao soi. It's a morning-to-afternoon place with parking out front.
