Nong Ho Flea Market
Chotana & Mae Jo Rd · Chang Phueak North / Mae Jo road
Featured in: A Chiang Mai vintage guide
About
Nong Ho is Chiang Mai's real flea market. Every Saturday and Sunday morning, vendors from around the province pull up in pickups north of the city and sell second-hand clothes, shoes, furniture, amulets, records, cassettes, tools and plenty of junk. Time Out calls it the city's best flea market. Not everything is good, but prices are the lowest in town and digging pays off. Go early, because it's scorching by late morning. Haggle politely and bring small notes.
