The Brick is a coworking space on Siri Mangkalajarn Soi 13, run by Chiang Mai University's science park, CMU STeP. It opened in 2016 for new founders. Alongside hot desks there are meeting rooms for six to twenty people and an event area for about fifty. It also runs a startup incubation programme. Parking is easy for this part of Nimman, and the day rates are among the lower ones around.
