About
This is where Chiang Mai's GRAPH coffee group started, in April 2014: a tiny, art-filled glass-fronted room at the end of a lane in the north-east of the Old City. There's space for about ten people inside plus a step out front, so expect to wait, and don't linger once you're done. GRAPH roasts its own beans and the menu runs from inventive signature drinks to a good choice of single origins on pour-over. For me it's the one to visit if you only try one branch.
