Roots Rock Reggae is a long-running live-music bar on Ratvithi Road in the north-east of the Old City, close to Zoe in Yellow. Bands play reggae, ska, dub and rock every night, usually starting around 9:30pm, and there's a pool table and outdoor seating too. It's loose, friendly and good fun, a better bet for live music than the louder clubs around the corner. It keeps going until about 2am.
