GRAPH X is the roastery branch of GRAPH, Chiang Mai's best-known small coffee group, and it's the one I'd send a coffee nerd to. It's in the Mutana Building on Chang Moi Road, a timber hall with exposed rafters and a glass-walled roasting room you can watch from your seat. Upstairs there's a small collective art gallery. The bar pulls espresso on a lever machine and also does V60, batch brew and cold brew, with beans GRAPH roasts from Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai farms. Daytime hours only.
