Ministry of Roasters began in Bangkok in 2022, started by two architecture graduates, and this Chang Moi Road branch opened in 2023. You can tell: the building has a rippled white front, a canopy of white ribs over the brew bar and a curving staircase up to a small exhibition floor. The coffee is serious, with espresso and V60 using beans from Laos, Chiang Rai, Ethiopia, Colombia and more, grouped by flavour, from floral to savoury. They also run SCA and Q Grader courses here.
