Khao Tom Baht Diao is an open-air Thai canteen on Nimman Road that stays busy until 2am. The menu is long and cheap: khao soi, congee, stir-fries like cashew chicken and holy basil pork, and fresh coconuts. It's loud, casual and reliably good, and the late hours make it the obvious after-drinks meal on Nimman. Tell them your spice level when you order.
