About
Dan Tewada, the Land of Angels, is a waterfall park in Mae Taeng, north of the city. It's set up for an easy family day out rather than a rugged hike: you pay a modest entry fee, look around the falls, and pay separately for food, drinks and animal feeding inside. It's open every day from morning until early evening. If you're already heading up to Mae Taeng for rafting or elephants, it's an easy add-on. Children under five get in free.
