Lakehouse CNX is a small, rider-run wakeboard park on a private lake in Nam Phrae, Hang Dong, about 600 m from Grand Canyon Water Park, and it's the place to ride a cable in Chiang Mai right now. It runs a two-tower cable, and you can book the line privately, so a first-timer gets it to themselves without a queue of experienced riders watching. There are cheaper group sessions on Friday evenings and all day on Sundays. Book online ahead, especially at weekends, and remember it's closed on Mondays.
