About
Baya is a sauna and ice-bath spot in the rice fields of Nam Phrae, Hang Dong, built from bamboo. It has cedar ice baths kept cold with chillers, a wood-fired sauna, a Thai herbal steam room and a saltwater pool. The organic café is plastic-free. A bamboo sala for yoga, pilates and breathwork is being renovated. It's walk-in only with no booking, and kids get a reduced rate. The grand opening is set for 12 November 2026.
