Kiln Matcha is easy to miss: it's upstairs from GRAPH café at Baan Kang Wat, the craft village near Wat Umong. Downstairs is all coffee; up here it's quiet and all about matcha. The tea is sourced directly from Hoshino, a quiet village in Japan that the team drove out to themselves. You can order it pure or as a latte, with oat milk if you like. After the crowds at Baan Kang Wat, it's a calm place to sit with a bowl of good matcha.
