Lamour is a garden café and restaurant near Wat Umong in Suthep, built around a yellow colonial-style house in a thick, leafy garden. The food is mostly Thai, with coffee and desserts, and the garden is made for photos, which is half the reason people come. It's open from late morning until 10pm. I'd go for dinner as the light fades, after a walk around Wat Umong.
