About
Adirak is the original branch of Chiang Mai's best-known wood-fired pizza place, on Soi Dok Kaew 7 in Suthep. Dough ferments for two days, and the cheeses and smoked meats are made in-house, which is unusual here and shows in the taste. There are now two more branches in the city. Older reviews say this one doesn't take bookings, so arrive early. I'd make it a first pizza stop in town.
